We are committed to the health, safety and welfare of our staff and members of the public. The Victorian Disability Worker Commission office will continue to operate via remote working arrangements. 

Our office at 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne currently closed. 

You can make a complaint or notification via our online form or call 1800 497 132 between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

If our staff are busy on calls, you will have the option for a member of staff to call you back as soon as they are able to. 

We acknowledge that the Coronavirus pandemic may be a difficult time for many, and we want to thank the community for their patience and understanding. 

We will continue to provide updates about our staff returning to our office on our website and newsletters. We encourage you to check for changes.
