These courses are based on information provided in the highly popular Fight Parkinson’s education seminars and include an introduction to the disease and information on the common motor and non-motor symptoms experienced and how to manage them.

Comprehensive training in authentic Customised Employment designed to meet the needs of employment professionals who want to deliver employment services with fidelity to practice evidence. This course meets the needs of disability employment professionals working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or any disability employment professional looking to deliver authentic person-centred employment support.

With the prevalence of the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s becoming increasingly important for people to stay up-to-date with the latest information around the virus. You will understand how COVID-19 is spread and what you can do to minimise its occurrence. You will also learn about the options available to keep you and others safe including vaccinations, mask-wearing, and distancing measures.

Build on the knowledge and skills acquired in Discovery Stage One. The focus is on identifying skills in the workplace and the use of work experience to underpin skill development and focus on identifying vocational pathways. Also explores career design and pathways underpinned by Self-Determination.

Develop an understanding of the origins of Customised Employment and Stage One of Discovery – Getting to Know the Person. This course lays the foundational knowledge required for those seeking to deliver Customised Employment and Discovery. You will learn the essential knowledge and skills required to engage clients in a meaningful way to support a successful journey of Discovery.
