Offers a suite of early-intervention courses that increase mental health literacy and teach the practical skills needed to support someone experienceing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening or an existing mental health crisis until appropriate professional hel[ is received or the crisis resolves.
This course will teach you how to spot the warning signs and support those near you to find the help they need. It has been informed by those with lived experience of mental health problems and mental health professionals.
This course is an accredited program based on the International Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) guidelines. This course is suitable for any adult who is providing initial support to another adult with a mental health (psychological safety) concern or experiencing a mental health crisis.
This two (2) day (7.5 hours total) course has been created for all leaders and staff who want to better influence change in those they work with.
