Comprehensive training in authentic Customised Employment designed to meet the needs of employment professionals who want to deliver employment services with fidelity to practice evidence. This course meets the needs of disability employment professionals working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or any disability employment professional looking to deliver authentic person-centred employment support.
Build on the knowledge and skills acquired in Discovery Stage One. The focus is on identifying skills in the workplace and the use of work experience to underpin skill development and focus on identifying vocational pathways. Also explores career design and pathways underpinned by Self-Determination.

This course looks at possible risks in the home, outdoor and work environments. The interactive activities demonstrate practical ways to reduce risks for someone with epilepsy. There is also a section related to supporting others and managing if a seizure occurs in a public area.
